<p>itD is seeking a <strong>Data Analyst – UX Research Operations Insights</strong> to drive data-informed decision-making across UX Research by enabling leaders to integrate business data into both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic investments. This role will play a critical part in optimizing research processes, improving organizational health, and delivering actionable insights that enhance the efficiency and impact of the UX Research ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in data analytics and a proven track record of building dashboards, delivering insights, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Onsite in New York City, NY (3 days per week)</p><p>Duration: 12 Months</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $51–$58 per hour<br>We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more.<br>Please note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve UX Research processes and organizational performance</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to track key performance metrics and enable data-driven decision-making</li><li>Partner with UX Researchers, Research Program Managers, and leadership to define KPIs and translate business goals into measurable outcomes</li><li>Act as a consultant to stakeholders by scoping data needs, synthesizing insights, and recommending actionable solutions</li><li>Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines</li><li>Deliver insights and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and business impact</li><li>Leverage tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel to enable self-service analytics and scalable reporting solutions</li></ul><p><strong>Internal Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Attend regular internal practice community meetings</li><li>Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership</li><li>Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)</li><li>Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice</li><li>Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)</li><li>Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced experience with SQL or other programming languages</li><li>Experience building dashboards using Tableau and applying data visualization best practices</li><li>Proven project management experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities</li><li>Strong experience working with ambiguous requirements and driving initiatives independently</li><li>5+ years of experience (or 4+ years with advanced degree) in data analytics, consulting, or related field</li><li>Experience communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis or modeling</li><li>Experience with ETL frameworks, APIs, and building data pipelines</li><li>Experience working with business operations or organizational data</li><li>Familiarity with CRM analytics and reporting platforms</li><li>Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and significance testing</li><li>Experience automating workflows using AI tools</li><li>Background in management consulting, sales operations, finance, or HR analytics</li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>Associate’s degree in computer programming or equivalent training required</li><li>Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field preferred</li></ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Company Description</strong><br>About itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
