<p> </p><p>About the Role:</p><p>Broadvoice is seeking an experienced CX Channel Manager to join our growing GoContact team! We are looking for a plug-and-play individual — someone who already has a strong network of trusted partners in the channel and a proven track record of nurturing and expanding those relationships. You will play a critical role in driving growth through both existing and newly recruited top CX-focused partners.</p><p>This role requires a highly motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives in the channel ecosystem, understands Contact Center (CCaaS) and Unified Communications (UCaaS) solutions, and is passionate about helping partners succeed.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Partner Management & Growth:</span></p><p>o Leverage your existing network to drive new opportunities with top-tier CX partners.</p><p>o Build and maintain strong relationships with TSBs (Technology Solutions Brokers) and MAMs (Master Agent Managers) to drive engagement and partner success.</p><p>o Nurture and expand relationships with existing channel partners to maximize revenue growth.</p><p>o Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic CX partners to the Broadvoice GoContact program.</p><p>· <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Sales Enablement & Support:</span></p><p>o Provide training, support, and resources to ensure partners are well-equipped to position and sell GoContact solutions.</p><p>o Collaborate with partners on customer opportunities, providing strategic support from discovery through close.</p><p>o Host and support partner and customer-facing events to drive engagement and pipeline growth.</p><p>· <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Collaboration & Strategy:</span></p><p>o Work closely with Broadvoice’s internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations) to align partner strategies.</p><p>o Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic plans to leadership.</p><p>o Represent Broadvoice at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.</p><p>· <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Execution:</span></p><p>o Travel as needed to meet with partners and customers face-to-face (estimated 30%-40% travel).</p><p>o Proactively manage a portfolio of partners with minimal oversight.</p><p>o Uphold and promote Broadvoice’s values and commitment to customer and partner success.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the channel sales ecosystem (required).</p><p>· Established relationships and proven success working with channel partners (TSBs, VARs, MSPs, and independent agents).</p><p>· Background in Contact Center (CCaaS) and/or Unified Communications (UCaaS) solutions strongly preferred.</p><p>· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results without heavy supervision.</p><p>· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.</p><p>· Comfortable hosting events, webinars, and in-person meetings with partners and customers.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>· Competitive base salary plus commissions.</p><p>· Company-paid benefits and flexible work environment.</p><p>· Opportunity to join a growing company with a vibrant, team-oriented culture.</p><p>· Career growth and advancement within Broadvoice’s Channel Sales organization.</p><p>---</p><p>Broadvoice is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
