This is a remarkable group of people who have come together to work across several of the different operating companies. THE ROLE: CUSTOMER SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER – CLUB  Reporting to our Senior Manager, Costco will serve as a key contributor within our WBC team and will be an important strategic partner for our Club (Costco, Sam’s Club, BJs) partners. We need someone that is committed to making a positive culture impact and a strong contributor. This individual will help optimize and enhance our customer supply chain support. The WBC operating companies include SmartyPants, Onnit, Welly, and OLLY. Supply excellence is a top priority for us across all 4 businesses and this role will help support the development and execution of our current and future Club Supply Chain strategy.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Be the go-to Supply Chain expert for all things Club both internally and externally </li><li>Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Club customers on supply and execution. Build trust and grow relationships to better serve our partners </li><li>Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring all goals and targets are met. Address and resolve gaps quickly to ensure on time in full deliveries. Provide weekly reporting and insights specific to each brand and customer </li><li>Inventory Management: Track and analyze inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize out of stocks. Collaborate with operations teams to manage inventory; collaborate with sales to influence the forecast  </li><li>Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key KPIs related to supply chain operations and customer satisfaction.
