Join us and make an outsized impact as we create innovative solutions for businesses, their teams, and their stakeholders.

Job Overview

We're looking for a results driven and dynamic Customer Success & Operations Specialist to join our AssetHub team. The AssetHub team has the exciting mission of helping our customers sell proprietary assets to buyers, helping them and their investors return value from their hard work, including through unique partnerships with the leading AI companies in the world. We’re seeing incredible traction and experiencing fast growth, making this a unique opportunity to join early and help scale a product that has real impact.

You'll own the operational backbone of our supply side of asset sales (the sellers). That means managing full customer lifecycles, from driving initial demand through deal execution. You'll track where customers are in their journey and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks. Critically, you'll be empowered to build and optimize systems, workflows, and experiences you think are best. We're building this as we go, and we want someone who takes ownership and shapes how it runs.

*Ideal candidates MUST be located in the Los Angeles Metro Area, San Francisco Metro Area, or New York City Metro area.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the customer lifecycle end-to-end, with a focus on operational excellence. This means tracking, managing, and monitoring customer progress and data throughout their journey with us.

  • Driving cross-functional initiatives and projects with marketing, sales, engineering, and product teams that ladder up to our OKRs and unlock scalable growth.

  • Building and scaling new services and product offerings within AssetHub, acting as a thought partner and operator with the autonomy to conceptualize, launch, and grow new initiatives.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales / CS / operations in SaaS/Startup environment (or an MBA and 3+ years of the same experience)

  • You are commercially minded. You understand what moves a deal forward. You know how to build trust with founders and you know how to close.

  • You are results oriented and enjoy seeing a customer happy with your service.

  • You are independent and proactive, and also comfortable being scrappy and adapting as we move fast.

  • You have a track record of driving projects across teams and stakeholders — including product, engineering, legal, finance and marketing.

  • You are operationally minded, detail-oriented but strategic enough to see how your work connects to bigger goals.

  • You are a self starter - you don't wait to be told what to fix. You identify the gap, propose the solution, and move.

  • Some technical familiarity and comfort with CRM platforms and data management tools are a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, initiate processes and manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable engaging with potential clients, closing deals, and executing on them.

  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a startup environment.

  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and workflow/data tools (preferred but not required).

  • Experience working within Legal-tech, Fintech, HR-tech (preferred but not required).

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

What we offer

  • Compensation: Total package of $90K - $165K (this includes base pay and variable compensation) - based on experience and location

  • Competitive equity package

  • Employer Covered Medical Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Hybrid work in NYC, SF, and LA (two days in office, three days remote)

  • Two in-person team retreats a year

*We are unable to support any visa outside of Canada (no H1B Visas)
