About This Role:
Document Crunch is searching for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. The Customer Success Manager will drive the success of our West Coast accounts. You will succeed in this role when the customer succeeds in adopting and realizing value from their investment in Document Crunch. You will literally be helping improve the lives of our construction customers by providing them with AI-powered document compliance solutions. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, Utah, or Washington. We are currently unable to consider applicants outside these locations.
Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Success Manager is a critical role in our organization. The key responsibilities are:
- Make data-driven recommendations to your customers on how they can optimize the value of Document Crunch, based on customer analytics and industry best practices.
- Craft value-based presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of the Document Crunch platform.
- Provide product roadmap and product release updates to your customers so that they can benefit from our leading-edge technology.
- Foster a positive team culture by supporting and mentoring your fellow Crunchers.
- Collaborate with all levels of the Document Crunch organization to develop best practices and drive Document Crunch's evolution as a market leader.
- Develop a mastery of Document Crunch's products, professional services, and industry best practices.
- Partner closely cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Travel to client sites, industry events, and other Document Crunch offices as needed.
Skill Set:
These are the primary skills we’re looking for to drive success in this role.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or a related technical client-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A strong passion for construction and technology.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships, driving adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Experience in the construction industry (e.g., Project Manager, Site Superintendent, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer) is a plus.
- Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Document Crunch’s product offerings, business model, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtually, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to act as a technology evangelist, promoting innovation and modernization within the construction industry.
- Broad understanding of the construction ecosystem, including general contracting, subcontracting, and real estate development sectors.

Compensation for this role is anticipated to be between $110,000 – $120,000 base pay per year. Eligible employees may also receive commission-based compensation tied to team performance. Your starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
