In this role, you will act as a senior strategic advisor to a select portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, helping them maximize the impact of advanced security and compliance solutions. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders across large, complex organizations, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and long-term value realization. This is a high-impact position where relationship depth matters more than volume, allowing you to focus on a small number of key accounts. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Accountabilities:- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for a portfolio of 5–10 enterprise clients, building strong, multi-level relationships with executive stakeholders
- Lead complex implementations and optimization initiatives across large, multi-entity organizations, ensuring seamless adoption and value realization
- Partner with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and execute growth strategies within existing accounts
- Manage multi-quarter projects involving cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, delivery, and measurable outcomes
- Deliver executive-level business reviews, aligning product capabilities with customer goals and ROI expectations
- Provide expert guidance on security, compliance, and governance best practices tailored to enterprise environments
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product development and strategic direction
- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure long-term customer retention and advocacy
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles within SaaS environments
- Proven success managing strategic or enterprise accounts, particularly within large, complex organizations (10,000+ employees)
- Strong experience in account growth strategies, including land-and-expand approaches in collaboration with sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex implementations, onboarding, and long-term adoption strategies
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading multi-stakeholder, multi-phase initiatives
- Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders (e.g., CIOs, CISOs, Compliance Leaders)
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving customer health metrics and business outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making
