This is a strategic, customer-facing role designed for a professional who excels at building long-term relationships and driving measurable outcomes in a SaaS environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, guiding them from onboarding through expansion and renewal. Combining technical understanding with strong project management skills, you will ensure seamless deployments and continuous product adoption. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, you’ll help align customer needs with product capabilities while identifying growth opportunities. This role offers high visibility and impact, with direct interaction with senior stakeholders on both the customer and internal sides. Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers, managing the full post-sale lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
  • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders, security leaders, and executive sponsors to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Lead structured onboarding programs and manage deployment timelines to ensure successful and timely implementation.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and deliver executive-level business reviews to demonstrate value, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor account health proactively, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies to reduce churn.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
  • Drive customer advocacy initiatives such as case studies, references, and feedback loops to inform product improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar enterprise-facing roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and large-scale deployments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
  • Solid understanding of cloud environments, cybersecurity concepts, and identity/access management frameworks (PAM, IAM, SSO, RBAC).
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with identity providers is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
