Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients in the building products industry, ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving adoption and value of the company’s platform. This role is ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy professional who enjoys leading product demonstrations, training clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. The CSM will serve as the primary client advocate, aligning solutions with client needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Success in this position is measured by client retention, engagement, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships. The role requires excellent communication skills, CRM proficiency, and a willingness to travel occasionally.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders in the Building Product Manufacturer segment.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase platform capabilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor client usage and engagement to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Advocate for client needs internally to influence product enhancements and service improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in customer success or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong technical skills and experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Experience with Apple products, iPad, and iOS.
• Ability to deliver virtual presentations and training effectively.
• Collaborative, client-centric mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.
