About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly expanding team and ensure our customers receive exceptional value. This individual will manage a portfolio from initial engagement through the renewal process. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, this role offers bonus compensation tied to Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers across industries, functions, and stages to understand their goals and provide insightful recommendations on the most efficient ways to achieve compliance with Workstreet.
- Customer Health and Satisfaction: Continuously track customer health scores and monitor overall satisfaction using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms.
- Retention: Identify potential issues, expansion opportunities, and provide customer insights to support business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Participate in regular cross-functional meetings to discuss customer progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management with a proven track record of driving customer success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with trust, security, and compliance services including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA.
