The Opportunity
We’re adding a Customer Success Manager to our team to help us build out and oversee a team of Analysts and Associates.
This is a leadership role that involves taking responsibility for the performance and well-being of a team. You will consolidate feedback from the team and prioritize initiatives to grow the individual’s and team’s overall performance. You will also take charge of the administrative needs of the team including payroll and scheduling, and will ensure that you are well staffed and well equipped to handle any fluctuations in deal volume. You will also provide additional training and career development, all the while ensuring that promising talent is promptly identified.

Base Salary
The base salary range is between $85,000 - $95,000 annually.
Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
