As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the exceptional service they deserve while reinforcing our commitment to holistic and comprehensive design solutions. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs;
  • Respond promptly to client emails, phone calls, and other communications;
  • Assist in the resolution of client issues and provide timely updates;
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback;
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure client specifications and needs are met;
  • Provide information on our architectural and interior design services;
  • Help in the coordination of client meetings and follow-up actions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software;
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities;
  • A background or interest in architecture or design is preferred;
  • Must be USA-based with eligibility to work in the country.
