This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Commercial Auto Insurance based in United States.

This role offers an opportunity to support a nationwide network of insurance professionals by delivering exceptional customer service and policy support.
You will serve as a key point of contact, helping agents and carriers navigate coverage questions, documentation, billing topics, and policy processes.
The position combines communication, problem-solving, and insurance expertise within a fast-paced remote environment.
You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality service delivery.

Accountabilities:

The Customer Service Representative will provide responsive, accurate, and professional support to insurance agents, carriers, and internal partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of customer interactions, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service quality standards.

  • Provide customer service and policy support by answering questions related to coverage, rates, billing concerns, and policy reviews.
  • Communicate with agents and carriers through phone, email, and chat while efficiently navigating multiple systems and platforms.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries, escalate complex issues when needed, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Review and process applications, binders, endorsements, and other policy documentation required for issuance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and policy documentation within CRM systems.
  • Organize and manage policy files to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of insurance products, services, and processes.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional partners to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver a consistently high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a service-focused professional with strong communication skills, the ability to manage a high-volume workload, and an interest in commercial insurance operations. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in commercial insurance, customer service, policy administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence handling customer interactions.
  • Ability to analyze policy information, identify issues, and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Comfortable managing multiple applications, systems, and customer requests simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues involving equipment, internet connectivity, and remote work tools.
  • Commercial insurance experience, including workers’ compensation knowledge, is a plus.
