Accountabilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints across sales orders, returns, and repair processes with professionalism and accuracy
Provide “one-call resolution” by addressing customer needs efficiently and minimizing escalations
Deliver real-time updates on order status, product availability, and service-related requests across multiple communication channels
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions, proactively seeking training when needed
Manage customer interactions across phone, email, and chat queues based on business needs and workload distribution
Apply critical thinking to resolve issues using available tools and resources before escalating cases
Ensure all customer interactions and system records are accurately documented to support performance tracking and analysis
Meet defined service KPIs while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of customer service or call center experience
Strong computer proficiency across multiple platforms and systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Strong organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information appropriately
Self-discipline to work in a distraction-free home office environment with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Preferred: experience in firearms or manufacturing-related environments
Must be able to pass a customer service assessment prior to interview
