Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures.
• Schedule and manage appointments for clients and accountants.
• Assist clients with account inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain client records and update information as necessary in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and client satisfaction.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the accounting team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the accounting or financial services industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
