The Role

As a Customer Marketing Expansion Specialist at Bloomerang, you will develop and execute communications and tactics to enhance the customer journey, driving cross-product awareness and upsell opportunities. You will create and implement targeted marketing campaigns, analyzing customer data to drive decisions, and working cross-functionally across customer and sales teams. 

The ideal candidate for this position is a data-driven marketer with a strong background in customer lifecycle management and a proven ability to drive upsell opportunities. They excel at creating targeted campaigns and collaborating across teams, including sales, marketing, and customer teams, to align strategies with business goals. With excellent analytical skills, they can track and interpret key performance metrics to inform decisions and optimize customer growth. A strong communicator and problem-solver, they thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

 

What You Will Do

  • Deliver high quality customer leads to the Account Management team to build pipeline and achieve goals across a multi-product software company. 
  • Improve reporting for pipeline delivery, clearly defining sources and tactics that boost upsell motions.
  • Build partnerships with the Account Management leadership team to provide campaign visibility and capture input to fully support the team in realizing their quota.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify processes, ensure a unified approach to customer engagements and improve upsell conversion rates. 
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive customer growth and product expansion within the customer base.

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, life-cycle management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer expansion strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $85,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

 

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
