This role sits at the intersection of customer success, account management, and commercial growth within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will work within regional sales pods to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring strong renewal performance and long-term account expansion. Acting as a key customer advocate, you will guide clients through renewals, support onboarding and enablement, and help them maximize the value of the platform. The role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with sales, solutions consulting, and product teams. Success in this position directly impacts customer retention, revenue growth, and overall satisfaction across your regional book of business. Accountabilities:

You will take ownership of customer relationships within your regional portfolio, focusing on renewals, expansion, and overall experience management. You will collaborate closely with internal sales pods to drive account growth and ensure customers remain engaged and successful.

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal cycle, including customer conversations, pricing discussions, and deal closure
  • Drive account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and supporting regional revenue targets
  • Coordinate participant recruitment efforts to ensure customers can quickly source and schedule target audiences
  • Partner with solutions consultants to support onboarding, training, and ongoing customer enablement
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, escalate product feedback, and work with internal teams to resolve challenges
  • Maintain accurate CRM and support system records (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom) and contribute to knowledge resources
  • Monitor customer health, ensuring timely responses and a consistently strong customer experience

Requirements:

You bring experience in customer-facing or commercial roles within the US market, with the ability to manage relationships and drive results in a SaaS environment. You are confident engaging with enterprise stakeholders and comfortable discussing product value, pricing, and outcomes.

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales development, renewals, or customer support
  • Experience working with tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, or similar platforms
  • Strong ability to communicate with enterprise clients and senior decision-makers
  • Confident in delivering product demos, handling objections, and supporting commercial discussions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced SaaS environments
