This role sits at the intersection of customer success, instructional design, and product expertise, focused on helping enterprise customers unlock the full value of a complex SaaS platform. You will design and deliver tailored learning experiences that accelerate adoption, improve product understanding, and drive measurable business outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner closely with customers to build structured training journeys aligned to their goals and operational realities. The environment is highly collaborative, involving cross-functional work with product, enablement, and subject matter experts to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful. It is ideal for someone passionate about enabling customer success through education and scalable learning experiences.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve customer education programs that maximize product adoption and long-term value realization. You will translate customer needs into structured learning strategies and ensure effective execution across multiple formats and audiences.

  • Lead discovery sessions with customers to define goals, personas, success metrics, and learning needs, then build tailored training plans aligned to business outcomes.
  • Deliver engaging training experiences including virtual instructor-led sessions, onsite workshops, webinars, and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, aligned with product evolution, and optimized for customer use cases.
  • Apply instructional design principles to develop learning objectives, activities, assessments, and scalable training methodologies.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance data, continuously improving content, delivery, and engagement.
  • Manage multiple customer programs and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and strong project coordination.
  • Support content lifecycle improvements by identifying gaps, refining materials, and enhancing learning experiences based on insights and analytics.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong instructional design expertise combined with experience delivering customer-facing training in SaaS environments. You are comfortable working directly with customers, translating technical concepts into clear learning experiences, and managing complex training programs end-to-end.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, customer education, or training delivery within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven experience facilitating virtual and in-person training sessions with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of learning theories and instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate) and ability to develop structured learning content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, enablement, and customer-facing teams.
  • Spanish or French proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for onsite customer engagements and training delivery.
