This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Development Advisor in the United States.
The Customer Development Advisor will lead strategic initiatives to grow market share, optimize customer engagement, and drive business development. This role involves analyzing customer data, performing market segmentation, and developing actionable CRM strategies to improve acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will collaborate across cross-functional teams, provide data-driven recommendations, and implement strategies that align with the organization’s vision and goals. This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare markets, digital marketing, and business analytics, as well as the ability to influence executives and stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.
· Develop and implement customer and market development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
· Facilitate collaboration among executives, managers, and employees to execute strategic initiatives.
· Use CRM tools and data analytics to perform market segmentation, predictive modeling, and customer scenario planning.
· Provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall market performance.
· Translate customer and population health data into actionable insights and process flows.
· Support cross-functional teams in executing marketing, financial, and operational strategies across business units.
· Communicate insights and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Requirements
· Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with 3 years of leadership experience in marketing or business development, or
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing with 6–8 years of experience in strategic marketing and business development.
· Demonstrated expertise in CRM platforms and data analysis to develop targeted marketing strategies.
· Experience in strategic marketing planning, financial analysis, budgeting, and project management across multiple business units.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing and high-technology marketing approaches.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence executives and teams.
· Knowledge of healthcare industry strongly preferred.
· Proven ability to drive alignment and engagement across cross-functional teams to implement corporate strategies effectively.
