About the Role 

 

Three Link Solutions is seeking a Customer Based Account Executive to drive growth within our existing customer base. In this role, you will use a consultative, relationship-first sales approach to uncover opportunities, expand adoption, and build long-term partnerships with customers. 

 

This is a strategic sales role focused on renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and overall account expansion. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who can understand customer goals, align solutions to business needs, and collaborate effectively across internal teams to deliver value. 

 

What You Will Do 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify growth opportunities and support long-term account success 

  • Develop strategic account plans for assigned customers, including growth targets, stakeholder mapping, and engagement strategies 

  • Drive renewals, expansions, and incremental business opportunities within named accounts 

  • Lead consultative sales conversations with business and executive stakeholders 

  • Partner with internal teams such as pre-sales, implementation, marketing, customer success, technical resources, and leadership to support account strategy 

  • Manage deal progression from opportunity identification through close, including forecasting, negotiation, and coordination of resources 

  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer priorities, industry trends, and competitive positioning to effectively articulate value 

  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle and beyond 

 

What We Are Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday Sales

  • 4+ years of experience selling to executive-level decision makers and influencers 

  • Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, or renewal activity 

  • Experience developing and executing long-term account strategies 

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex opportunities 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and larger deal sizes 

  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies and account planning best practices 

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect customer goals to solution outcomes 

  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail 

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through 

 

Success in This Role Looks Like 

  • You consistently identify and convert expansion opportunities within current accounts 

  • You build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple levels 

  • You partner effectively across internal teams to support account growth 

  • You contribute to predictable pipeline, healthy forecasting, and strong customer retention 

  • You help customers achieve measurable business value through thoughtful solution recommendations

The typical base salary range for this position is:

$134,999.00 - $135,000.00

The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
