Three Link Solutions is seeking a Customer Based Account Executive to drive growth within our existing customer base. In this role, you will use a consultative, relationship-first sales approach to uncover opportunities, expand adoption, and build long-term partnerships with customers.Â

This is a strategic sales role focused on renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and overall account expansion. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who can understand customer goals, align solutions to business needs, and collaborate effectively across internal teams to deliver value.Â

What You Will DoÂ
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify growth opportunities and support long-term account successÂ
Develop strategic account plans for assigned customers, including growth targets, stakeholder mapping, and engagement strategiesÂ
Drive renewals, expansions, and incremental business opportunities within named accountsÂ
Lead consultative sales conversations with business and executive stakeholdersÂ
Partner with internal teams such as pre-sales, implementation, marketing, customer success, technical resources, and leadership to support account strategyÂ
Manage deal progression from opportunity identification through close, including forecasting, negotiation, and coordination of resourcesÂ
Maintain a strong understanding of customer priorities, industry trends, and competitive positioning to effectively articulate valueÂ
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle and beyondÂ

What We Are Looking ForÂ
Required QualificationsÂ
5+ years of experience with Workday Sales
4+ years of experience selling to executive-level decision makers and influencersÂ
Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, or renewal activityÂ
Experience developing and executing long-term account strategiesÂ
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex opportunitiesÂ
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentÂ

Preferred QualificationsÂ
Experience managing complex sales cycles and larger deal sizesÂ
Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies and account planning best practicesÂ
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect customer goals to solution outcomesÂ
Proven ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detailÂ
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-throughÂ

The typical base salary range for this position is:
$134,999.00 - $135,000.00The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
