As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving adoption, engagement, and growth across a portfolio of clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the products and services provided. You will serve as a strategic advisor, partnering with customers to navigate their goals, resolve challenges, and strengthen long-term relationships. This role combines relationship management, strategic planning, and revenue growth responsibilities, making it ideal for a results-driven, customer-centric professional. You will work collaboratively across internal teams, helping shape customer success strategies while maintaining accurate forecasts and driving measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, developing tailored strategies to drive adoption, engagement, and growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, renewal, and expansion processes.
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships and align internal teams to meet customer objectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and success planning sessions to maintain customer health.
  • Track and manage pipeline and forecast revenue opportunities to ensure alignment with customer goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to remove roadblocks and accelerate outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing customer accounts, preferably with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in navigating complex customer challenges.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to deeply understand business goals, challenges, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with developer hiring, technical assessments, or HR/Talent decision-making processes.
