Accountabilities:

  • Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth through product expansion and renewals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring optimal use and adoption of the platform.
  • Strengthen partner loyalty and satisfaction by maintaining consistent, high-quality engagement.
  • Execute structured engagement processes to ensure alignment and proactive communication.
  • Cultivate relationships across partner organizations to support long-term retention.
  • Maintain activity levels aligned with performance metrics and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or direct sales, preferably within the mid-market segment.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong action-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver results effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholders.
