Customer Account Manager

You will act as a trusted advisor to key clients, helping them leverage automation solutions to support digital and business transformation initiatives. The position combines new business development with account expansion, requiring a strong ability to identify opportunities, build executive-level relationships, and close complex deals. You will work closely with internal teams across pre-sales, delivery, and finance to ensure seamless client engagement and successful outcomes. In this high-impact role, you will manage the full account lifecycle while maintaining a strong focus on customer success and long-term partnership value. Accountabilities:

Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, focusing on both new business acquisition and expansion within existing client portfolios.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including senior and executive-level decision-makers.
Identify customer needs, challenges, and transformation goals to position tailored automation and digital solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams such as pre-sales, delivery, and finance to ensure alignment and execution.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting to support revenue objectives and strategic planning.
Identify risks and opportunities within accounts and coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve issues and drive success.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B and software sales, with a strong track record in account management and revenue growth.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence customer decision-making in enterprise environments.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client challenges into solution-based opportunities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building skills and experience working with senior leadership and C-level executives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and dynamic requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with strong ownership of outcomes.
