This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Creator Program Manager in the United States.

As a Creator Program Manager, you will lead and grow a global initiative that empowers creators, storytellers, and community leaders to share their passion and creativity. You will oversee program operations, engagement strategies, and seasonal campaigns that inspire participation and strengthen community connections. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design initiatives that celebrate creators, support their growth, and amplify their work across multiple social platforms. This role requires a blend of community management, influencer relations, and creative planning to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment. You will track program impact, provide insights for continuous improvement, and mentor creators at all levels. Your work will directly influence the success of the program and enhance the overall experience for both creators and the community.

Accountabilities:
• Manage and expand a creator program, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment for participants of all experience levels.
• Develop onboarding processes, communication channels, and recognition systems for program members.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and initiatives aligned with content updates and in-game events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create creative briefs, challenges, spotlights, and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, offering mentorship, feedback opportunities, and early access to events.
• Celebrate and amplify creator content across official channels in coordination with marketing and social teams.
• Track program engagement, participation, and impact, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

 • 5+ years of experience in community management, influencer relations, or creator partnerships, preferably within gaming or digital media.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Instagram.
• Proven ability to organize and execute multi-phase community or creator initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic and inclusive approach.
• Passion for creative content, storytelling, and fostering community connections.
• Familiarity with social tools such as Discord, Sprout Social, and social listening platforms is a plus.
• Experience managing global or multilingual communities is preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
