What you'll do
As our Creative Marketing Director, you'll lead the charge in crafting bold, response-driven campaigns that deliver real results. You’ll guide our creative team, shape brand strategies, and develop marketing initiatives that captivate audiences and drive action. From concept to execution, you’ll blend data with creativity, turning insights into compelling offers that break through the noise.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our clients’ business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance clients’ brand identities, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, and data teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Lead Creative Campaigns: Responsible for the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- 7–10 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on creative direction and strategic planning
- Proven leadership experience, including managing and mentoring creative teams
- A deep background in direct response marketing, especially direct mail and offer-based campaigns
- Expertise in consumer psychology, persuasion techniques, and crafting offers that convert
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable interfacing with clients and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and familiarity with creative tools and design software
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills—you're known for making things happen, on time and on brand
