We are seeking a visionary Creative Director, Design to lead the creative evolution of BiOptimizers. This role will be responsible for building and articulating the brand’s visual identity across all key touchpoints—from packaging and product launches to campaigns, digital platforms, and retail experiences. You will craft and implement a world-class creative platform that drives consistency, innovation, and emotional connection with our audience.
This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative leadership, and hands-on design expertise. You’ll oversee a growing team of designers and partner closely with leaders across Marketing, Product, Amazon, and R&D to bring our brand to life across channels, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Platform & Brand Identity
Own and evolve BiOptimizers’ brand identity across all channels, including digital, packaging, campaign, retail, and experiential
Establish a strong visual and conceptual foundation that aligns with brand strategy and sets the tone for global growth
Translate scientific insights and product narratives into breakthrough, consumer-facing creative storytelling
Campaign & Content Leadership
Lead end-to-end creative development for seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and evergreen marketing initiatives
Ensure consistent visual storytelling across paid, owned, and earned channels—including Meta, Amazon, DTC, influencer, and email
Collaborate with performance and content teams to create assets that are both visually distinctive and results-driven
Creative Operations & Design Systems
Build and scale robust design systems, brand guidelines, and production toolkits for internal and external teams
Streamline creative processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and executional excellence
Maintain high-quality standards for all design deliverables, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our premium positioning
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team of in-house and contract designers
Provide strong mentorship, clear feedback, and creative direction to elevate team output
Partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Growth, Content, and Science to align on shared brand and business goals
Who You Are
8+ years of creative and design experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role guiding multi-channel brand identity
Experience building design systems and brand platforms at a premium consumer brand, ideally in wellness, lifestyle, or CPG
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across campaigns, packaging, digital, and brand identity systems
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Jira and familiarity with motion design and AI-supported workflows
Strategic, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and performance marketing
Exceptional communicator with a collaborative mindset and strong leadership presence
Passionate about health, wellness, innovation, and helping people reach their full potential
This is a fully remote position. BiOptimizers has a globally distributed team and supports flexible work arrangements across time zones.
With team members across many countries and time zone differences of up to 16 hours, we’ve established a standard collaboration window from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
This is not a required work schedule, but a shared time frame for meetings and team syncs. At BiOptimizers, we support flexibility — team members are encouraged to work the hours that best suit them, as long as they:
Attend required meetings
Communicate effectively across time zones
Deliver work by agreed-upon deadlines
