You will design compelling creative assets across static and video formats that directly influence performance marketing campaigns. Accountabilities:- Design high-performing static and video creatives, primarily using Figma, for digital marketing campaigns and performance channels.
- Collaborate closely with media buyers and product owners to interpret performance data and translate insights into effective creative concepts.
- Contribute to copywriting efforts, including headlines and video ad scripts, to strengthen campaign messaging and impact.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and continuously improve visual strategies and ad performance.
- Stay updated on AI tools, design trends, and emerging creative technologies to enhance output quality and innovation.
- Organize, manage, and systematize creative assets for efficient reuse and tracking.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment and take initiative on additional creative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role focused on digital and performance marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Figma; experience with motion or video editing tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing principles, and conversion-focused design.
- Ability to write or contribute to persuasive marketing copy and ad scripts.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and apply insights creatively.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into creative workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills in a remote work environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly creative mindset with attention to detail.
