Position Overview
The Creative Content Strategist serves as the visionary leader of Ways2Well’s visual storytelling and brand identity. This role combines artistic talent with strategic insight to strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement across all digital and physical platforms. From concept through execution, the Creative Content Strategist ensures that all visual content is compelling, cohesive, and aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Content Development
Design eye-catching static graphics and branded templates for social media
Create custom icons, illustrations, and other original visual elements
Develop motion graphics and basic animations to enhance digital storytelling
Produce 3D models and visualization assets for marketing and product support
Design branded merchandise, marketing collateral, and promotional materials
Provide creative direction and light editing support for video content
Strategic Brand Leadership
Lead the development and execution of content strategies across all channels
Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines
Establish messaging frameworks to ensure brand voice consistency
Partner with the Social Media Manager to plan and execute cohesive content campaigns
Drive the visual evolution of the Ways2Well brand to ensure modernity and relevance
