Who You Are: 

You are looking for an opportunity to bring your creative, organized, and strategic thinking to a role that allows you to impact the success of others.  Leveraging your sales-minded entrepreneurial spirit through creative outreach strategies to engage and recruit potential affiliates to join the HighLevel program.  Your excellent communication skills, writing skills, and working knowledge of the marketing technology landscape will serve you well as you impact and expand the largest channel of HighLevel customer acquisition. 

To be successful in this role, you will exemplify our “customer obsessed” ethos, demonstrating best in class affiliate partnership practices. You will  have experience working in a high-performance, high-accountability environment. Your excellent communication skills and working knowledge of the SaaS landscape will serve you well as you lead a team of affiliate program managers. Your responsibilities will include preparing the team to engage  and expand the largest channel of HighLevel customer acquisition. 


What You'll Be Doing
  • Support and continually improve ongoing participation enhancement initiatives to drive excitement and participation in Affiliate Program activities 
  • Support and continually improve the promotion of ongoing programmatic initiatives to inspire the activation of and continual impact of affiliates
  • Generate creative assets including copy and topic generation for a wide variety of affiliate initiatives including but not limited to monthly contests, newsletters, emails, speeches, and more
  • Strategize with departmental leadership to create initiatives that will drive the overall effectiveness of the affiliate program and its affiliates
  • Develop and implement channel-specific content strategies for platforms like social media, email, web, and emerging platforms.
  • Regularly collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Departmental leadership to develop and deploy ongoing Affiliate recruitment and reactivation strategies
  • Drive forward projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration
  • Conduct audience analysis and segmentation to identify opportunities for engagement across channels.
  • Measure and provide detailed analysis on success against affiliate program growth KPIs and metrics
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, creating actionable reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support company-wide marketing strategy and work to integrate and align affiliate department activities
  • Be able to demonstrate and justify the results of your work, continuously develop your approach based on feedback and results of past experiments
  • Other duties may be assigned and/or modified as business needs change


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience required 
  • 2-5 Years of Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management or Affiliate Management experience
  • Working Knowledge of topics such as Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO
  • Comfort in written content and presentations to a variety of audiences
  • Proficiency in professional writing and or basic copywriting skills
  • Working Knowledge of the following applications is strongly preferred
  • Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and other social media
  • Strong experience using data/analytics tools to measure the impact of your work and develop new projects
