You’ll help bridge the gap between data-driven insights and high-impact creative execution by collaborating across Creative, Media, and Account teams. From writing briefs and roadmapping to analyzing creative performance and authoring detailed post-mortems, you'll be a key player in shaping creative strategy that drives measurable growth.</p><p>This role is a strong stepping stone into a future Creative Strategist position—ideal for someone eager to evolve beyond reporting and into leading strategic vision for creative testing and innovation.&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li>Own the development of project briefs that align with media strategy and campaign objectives, ensuring all specs are met per paid media platform</li><li>Manage a creative roadmap across geographies and audiences in close partnership with media and creative stakeholders</li><li>Analyze creative performance data to surface insights, identify trends, and inform strategic direction</li><li>Deliver clear, actionable post-mortems that evaluate creative test results and inform future creative direction</li><li>Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, fostering alignment between media teams, project management, and creative design</li><li>Partner with Creative Strategists to produce audits, performance reviews, and creative presentations for clients</li><li>Facilitate creative feedback loops and maintain organized documentation of testing progress and performance</li><li>Grow to lead client calls and internal reviews, contributing strategic POVs and performance narratives</li><li>Collaborate with Project Management and Account teams to improve process efficiency and cross-team communication</li><li>Contribute to thought leadership initiatives (e.g., case studies, testing brainstorms, process improvements) that highlight creative impact<br><br></li></ul><h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3><ul><li>1–3 years of experience in creative strategy, media buying, or account management at a digital agency or in-house team</li><li>Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable creative insights. You should be comfortable with large data sets, inclusive of pivot tables, vLOOKUPs, and more</li><li>Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft strategic briefs and clear performance recaps</li><li>Comfort presenting to clients and leading cross-functional discussions</li><li>Solid understanding of digital media channels (Meta, Google UAC, YouTube, Programmatic) and how creative drives performance</li><li>A creative mindset with a sharp eye for what makes ad creative resonate across platforms</li><li>High attention to detail, organization, and ability to juggle multiple projects at once under fast-moving timelines</li></ul><p><strong>Additional things that will impress us:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with creative production teams or managing creative development processes</li><li>Familiarity with creative testing methodologies and tools</li><li>Agency background with experience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments</li><li>Ability to advocate confidently for creative or strategic recommendations based on data</li><li>A passion for both the art and science of advertising</li></ul><p><strong>WHAT DO WE OFFER?</strong></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are a collaborative, open-door, best-idea-wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling.
