Coupa/SAP Software Engineer

Complete the design, construction, development, testing, implementation, and technology delivery for business needs throughout the enterprise. Experienced Software Engineer is responsible for technical aspects of the entire process of agile development for moderately complex projects.

Design, code/develop, test, and implement moderately complex systems

Design solutions to solve moderately complex business problems, considering operational and functional aspects of the solution, demonstrating an understanding of the business function

Research and permanently resolve system problems and incidents

Mentor Apprentice and Associate Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

4+ years of programming experience

Proficient programming experience in one or more current programming languages

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong technical knowledge of all phases of application development, including analysis and programming

Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP and Coupa implementations, including system configuration, administration, and product support

Familiarity with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management

Strong understanding of the source-to-pay procurement process, including key transitions between functional groups

Ability to configure and optimize direct and indirect procurement processes within SAP or Coupa

Cross-functional expertise in logistics, order-to-cash, and accounts payable integrations

Proficiency in analyzing EDI integration issues and exposing REST API integrations with SaaS-based platforms

In-depth understanding of the testing lifecycle, with the ability to create and manage test scripts or implement test script automation using HP-ALM or similar application

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Salary Ranges: $72,450.00 - $125,475.00
