Our inâhouse legal team plays a key role in helping us scale responsibly, operate with integrity, and support our teams with clarity and confidence.</p><p>Weâre looking for a <strong>Corporate Paralegal</strong> who is detailâdriven, proactive, and excited to grow within a collaborative, highâperforming legal team. If youâre passionate about organization, precision, and supporting meaningful work across a fastâmoving business, this role is for you.</p><p><strong>â What Youâll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Draft, proofread, and support review of contracts, NDAs, corporate filings, and routine legal correspondence using approved templates</li><li>Compare document versions, run redlines, and summarize changes to support efficient attorney review</li><li>Manage legal document repositories, version control, naming conventions, and access permissions</li><li>Support contract execution by monitoring signature workflows and ensuring accurate storage of finalized documents</li><li>Track contracts, renewals, and corporate filings; maintain dashboards and proactively flag deadlines and action items</li><li>Provide legal operations support, including invoice review, scheduling, intake of legal requests, and meeting notes</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather facts, documents, and timelines and consolidate information for legal matters</li><li>Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries with citations and practical business impact</li><li>Support corporate governance, compliance, and dueâdiligence activities while handling sensitive information with discretion</li></ul><p><strong>đAbout You</strong></p><p>Youâre an organized, curious, selfâmotivated professional who takes pride in delivering precise, highâquality work. You enjoy being a central partner to a team, gaining exposure across legal operations, and growing your expertise in:</p><ul><li>Contract lifecycle management</li><li>Corporate governance</li><li>Legal research</li><li>Document management</li><li>Workflow efficiency and operational excellence</li><li>Minimum of 4 yearsâ experience as a paralegal, ideally supporting commercial or corporate legal matters.</li><li>Strong projectâmanagement skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of contracts and contribute to strategic legal initiatives.</li><li>Experience working inâhouse and/or within a large law firm, with a solid understanding of businessâfocused legal support.</li><li>Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and redlining contracts, including NDAs, commercial agreements, and other routine legal documents.</li></ul><p>Youâre comfortable working independently, confident in handling routine tasks, and thoughtful about when to seek guidance.
