This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Corporate FP&A Lead in the United States.

This role is a high-impact finance leadership position responsible for owning and evolving the corporate financial model and planning infrastructure of a rapidly scaling marketplace business. You will serve as the central owner of forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting integrity, acting as the bridge between Accounting, Strategic Finance, and executive leadership. This is a hands-on, deeply analytical role where precision, structure, and storytelling come together to drive business decisions. You will build and maintain the systems and workflows that ensure financial data is accurate, consistent, and actionable across the organization. The environment is fast-moving and highly cross-functional, requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution at the granular level. This is an opportunity to design FP&A foundations from the ground up in a high-growth, data-driven company. The role starts as an individual contributor with potential to grow into a broader leadership position.

Accountabilities
  • Own and maintain the consolidated corporate financial model as the single source of truth across revenue, headcount, and expense planning.
  • Lead long-range planning (LRP) and annual operating planning (AOP) processes using both top-down strategic frameworks and bottom-up operational drivers.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across Finance and cross-functional teams.
  • Produce variance analysis with clear, insightful explanations of business performance drivers and implications.
  • Partner with Accounting and Strategic Finance to ensure GAAP-aligned financial integrity and reconciliation between actuals and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain executive- and board-ready financial reporting, ensuring accuracy of key financial metrics and narratives.
  • Develop scalable documentation of financial workflows, ensuring transparency in systems, dependencies, and data flows across the organization.
  • Use SQL and data tools to extract, validate, and analyze financial and operational datasets for decision-making support.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies across financial systems, improving the reliability of financial reporting infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial consolidations, or management consulting in high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles and their application to forecasting, modeling, and financial reporting.
  • Proven experience owning corporate financial models and leading end-to-end forecasting and planning cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and FP&A tools such as NetSuite, Workday, Adaptive, Anaplan, or Pigment.
  • Ability to work with data tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Metabase, or similar platforms to validate and analyze datasets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a track record of building accurate, scalable financial processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into executive-level insights.
  • Nice to have: experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or two-sided platform businesses, and exposure to investor or board reporting.
  • Nice to have: advanced SQL proficiency and experience building financial consolidation processes in scaling organizations.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $140,000–$180,000, plus equity participation.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility across the United States.
  • Opportunity to build FP&A infrastructure from the ground up in a high-growth organization.
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making processes.
  • Strong ownership over core financial systems, models, and planning frameworks.
  • Equity incentives aligned with long-term company growth.
  • Fast-paced, mission-driven culture focused on measurable impact and career growth.
  • Comprehensive benefits package (healthcare and additional standard corporate benefits).
