As a key member of the team, the&nbsp;<strong>Corporate Development Associate</strong> will evaluate potential M&amp;A and partnership targets, implement innovative pricing solutions, interact with top-tier investors, and drive optimal business performance and capital structure. Reporting to the Associate Director, Corporate Development &amp; Pricing, this unique role offers the opportunity to interact regularly with C-suite executives, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams throughout the organization, while developing a well-rounded skill set within our M&amp;A, capital raising, pricing, and financial analysis functions.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support corporate development team in the evaluation and execution of M&amp;A, partnership and other strategic opportunities; identify targets, conduct due diligence and consummate transactions</li><li>Build standardized templates and related presentation materials that streamline pricing requests, and engage with the field organization on customer opportunities</li><li>Optimize revenue and profitability by providing pricing analytics, unit cost calculations, trends forecasting, ROI analyses, and scenario support to department heads</li><li>Assist in capital fundraising, including strategy, marketing materials, and financial analysis</li><li>Build and maintain detailed financial projection models and corporate KPIs</li><li>Present key findings and insights to leadership and cross-functional team members</li><li>Research and report on competitive landscape and industry dynamics</li><li>Support investor relations engagement with existing and potential investors and lenders</li><li>Prepare materials for Board of Directors and Advisory Board meetings</li><li>Lead equity and options management support for the organization</li><li>Support the Finance team with ad hoc analytics requests</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 4+ years’ experience in in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, private credit, consulting, M&amp;A, corporate development, or pricing / strategy roles required</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field preferred</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot issues</li><li>Ability to run complex modeling and analyses in live working sessions</li><li>Track record of translating financial analytics into actionable solutions that execute against the organization’s long-term strategy</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills; experience presenting to senior executives preferred</li><li>Experience working with, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets to extract key insights</li><li>Ability to synthesize complex information into key takeaways that support investment decisions</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships</li><li>Track record of cross-functional collaboration, putting ideas into practice, and assessing results</li><li>Proactive, resourceful, self-starter that thrives in and enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience developing and implementing pricing strategies for new product/market solutions that maximize revenue and margin preferred</li><li>Experience preparing accurate pricing models, building financial templates from scratch, and performing detailed cost and margin analysis preferred</li><li>B2B SaaS experience in the healthcare industry is a plus</li></ul><p>For Colorado, Nevada, and New York-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000. The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits.&nbsp; Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
