Accountabilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal close, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Build and maintain strong executive and C-suite relationships across multiple industries.
• Develop detailed business plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and goals.
• Consult with prospective and existing clients to understand business objectives and identify tailored solutions.
• Model diverse use cases to demonstrate how solutions can drive business transformation.
• Partner with Customer Success to optimize post-sales support, client loyalty, and renewals.
• Negotiate agreements, maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems, and continuously improve sales processes through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role within tech or financial services.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving high-performance recognition (e.g., Presidents Club, Chairmans Club).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate executive-level relationships.
• Experience with SaaS B2B sales and familiarity with business planning or financial products preferred.
• Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
