About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a Copywriter to create clear, engaging, and user-focused scripts for Tutorial and Explainer YouTube videos.
Tasks: - Write scripts for tutorial and explainer YouTube videos based on UX research insights, client NPS feedback, popular search keywords, and product requirements;
- Collaborate with UX Researchers to translate user pain points and behavior into clear storytelling and instructional content;
- Work closely with the Product team to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with product functionality;
- Incorporate SEO best practices and keyword research into video scripts to maximize reach and discoverability;
- Iterate on scripts based on performance metrics, feedback, and product updates;
- Ensure consistent tone of voice and messaging across all educational video content.
Requirements:- Proven experience in copywriting, content writing, or scriptwriting for digital or video formats;
- Ability to write clear, structured, and engaging instructional content;
- Experience working with product teams, UX research, or customer feedback is a strong advantage;
- Understanding of SEO principles and keyword-driven content creation;
- Strong research skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple scripts simultaneously;
- Excellent written English.
Nice to Have:- Experience creating content for SaaS, fintech, or digital products;
- Experience with YouTube content optimization and analytics;
- Background in UX writing or instructional design.
