This role ensures the smooth delivery of patient experience and data collection for decentralized clinical trials (DCT). Key responsibilities include addressing challenges related to remote assessments, such as scheduling, patient engagement, and technology issues (e.g., telehealth and data collection platforms), maintaining high participant satisfaction ratings, and providing timely and accurate session documentation. The coordinator will support efforts to achieve process excellence that enhances both participant experience and data quality collection. This position requires adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines to ensure accurate, complete clinical data collection. By promoting collaboration and effective communication among internal teams, participants, and stakeholders, the coordinator will facilitate the successful delivery of high-quality remote assessment services.</p><p>This role requires bi-lingual fluency in Spanish and English </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure smooth delivery of patient experience and data collection for decentralized clinical trials (DCT).</li><li>Maintain high participant satisfaction ratings through effective communication and support.</li><li>Address challenges related to remote assessments, including scheduling and patient engagement.</li><li>Administer telehealth assessments and questionnaires to clinical trial participants.</li><li>Document session activities in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines for accurate clinical data collection.</li><li>Promote collaboration among internal teams, trial participants, and stakeholders.</li><li>Support process improvement efforts to enhance participant experience and data quality.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant degree or certification in psychology, clinical research, healthcare, or a related field; or 1+ years of equivalent work experience. </li><li>1+ years of experience in lieu of a degree</li><li>Fluent bi-lingual English and Spanish is required.</li><li>Previous experience in decentralized clinical trials (DCT) or telehealth services is preferred.</li><li>Previous experience working with the geriatric patient population is preferred.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Skills, Knowledge and Specialist Expertise</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in telehealth platforms and data collection tools is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and regulatory guidelines for clinical data collection.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain participant satisfaction and collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li></ul><p><strong>What’s In It For You</strong></p><ul><li>Remote Work Practices: Cogstate is a virtual first company.
