This role reports directly to Chief Financial Officer.  Roles and Responsibilities include:

        Manage US entity and corporate consolidation

        Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual Board and Lender reporting

        Work with the CFO to develop and maintain accounting and treasury policies and procedures

        Ownership over the organization鈥檚 annual audit and entity tax filings.

        Sales and local tax analysis, working with outside consultants to assess risk

        Supervise accounting department

        Creating strategic plans for Accounting Operations

        Preparing financial statements, both internal and external

        Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations

        Coordinating external auditor activity

        Providing company leaders with insights for decision-making

        Establish and maintain financial controls

        Assess and improve accounting procedures

        Evaluate and select accounting software solutions

        Identify, develop, and monitor KPIs

        Manage regulatory reporting

 

Systems:

Current: NetSuite, Blackline, Bill.com, HubSpot, Power BI


Required Qualifications:

Accounting degree and CPA license (active or inactive)

Audit experience with either Big 4 or mid major firm

Knowledge of GAAP (ASC 606, 718 & 805), relevant laws, regulations, procedures, and policies and a strong background in all things within the accounting department

Very independent with a high degree of flexibility to change directions as needed

SaaS Software or Healthcare staffing industry or near adjacent experience

High level Excel skills

SQL is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

        Experience with high growth, private equity and rapidly scaling companies

        ERP Software and other technology implementation and development experience

        Offshore subsidiary, foreign currency consolidation, and transfer pricing knowledge

 

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary range: $165k-200k plus bonus
