We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee and manage our accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management for a fast growing business. This is a senior-level role, ideal for a CPA with a strong background in accounting and operational finance. You will be working directly with the Company’s management on tracking company performance, strategic initiatives and financial planning. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage accounting activities for our US parent company and foreign subsidiaries, including payables, receivables and payroll.

  • Oversee financial reporting, including consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards  for both internal management and external stakeholders.

  • Provide accounting guidance on key business decisions, including revenue recognition, expense capitalization, and inter-company reconciliation.

  • Coordinate with external tax providers to ensure timely compliance with U.S. and foreign tax filing requirements, including corporate income and sales taxes. 

  • Maintain relationships with banks to manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury functions.

  • Develop, maintain, and refine cash flow models and financial forecasts, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. 

  • Oversee equity management and capitalization table administration, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of stockholder activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA strongly preferred).

  • 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidation, and reporting standards.

  • Experience with multi-entity international structures preferred.

  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
