font-size: 12pt;">In coordination with the Procurement Department, leads the subcontracting and procurement activities under prime contracts by developing solicitations, negotiating terms/prices, and executing subcontracts during the program lifecycle.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develops and prepares complex and sensitive internal and external communications.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
