SI-BONE® is focused on helping patients in one of the most under-served, under-diagnosed, and under-treated areas in orthopedics, the sacroiliac (SI) joint. SI-BONE developed an innovative, patented implant to fuse the SI joint. The iFuse Implant System® provides a less invasive alternative to traditional sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion surgery and has been used in over 90,000 procedures to date.

Travel: (None, Occasional, Extensive) National travel at least 1 time per month

General Responsibilities:

The Contracting & Analytics Manager has responsibility for contract negotiations and management of the National Accounts analytical platform. The primary work will be partnering with the Senior Director of National Accounts to lead a cross-functional team collaboration to educate and position SI- BONE to evolve our value proposition all while building analytical tools and preparing presentations for customers for business reviews outlining ways we can grow business with our customers. This position partners with the field sales management team to build mutually preferred partnerships with targeted strategic accounts and drive brand awareness and value proposition at the highest levels. This role will also work to shift conversations from traditional product sales to solutions that meet the customer’s strategic priorities and highlight the corporate value delivered through partnership with SI-Bone.

The employee must act and conduct company business in an honest, ethical and lawful manner, consistent with the company’s Code of Conduct, other company policies and the AdvaMed Code of Conduct and/or any other applicable industry code(s) of conduct. Specific Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Supply analysis for every single request for proposal from our customer base
  • Maintain and update the monthly contract analytical reporting to the executive team
  • Develop customer dossiers for all accounts to reference
  • Manage monthly admin fee and rebate audits in collaboration with finance
  • Assist with the strategy for every negotiation with hospitals, IDNs, ASCs and GPOs
  • Management requires high level collaboration between this individual, the Sales Management team, the local sales team and the clinical teams associated with the negotiation
  • Build and manage decision making tools for the organization with regards to pricing
  • Work collaboratively with SI-BONE office staff to manage and update all contract and pricing data within the established SI-Bone systems
  • Stay abreast of and manage maintenance of ongoing contracts and facility relationships so as to provide uninterrupted business opportunity
  • Support the SI-BONE Quality System and relevant analytical tools

Knowledge, Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 8 + years of sales/management experience or equivalent consulting
  • MBA or bachelor’s degree in business, science, marketing or communications preferred
  • Experience in reviewing, editing and negotiating legal documents
  • Experience in reading, analyzing and writing strategic plans and proposals with customers

Expertise and Attributes:

  • Strong Strategic and Business Acumen skills
  • Strong negotiating skills and experience
  • Advanced value sales skills, including the ability to sell conceptually
  • Ability to successfully implement analytical tools to help understand our market and trends in it
  • Proficient with Microsoft excel, databases and software
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence and to work effectively with sales, sales management and customers
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills – especially executive presence and C-Suite presentation and sales experience
  • Ability to build and facilitate strong, productive working relationships with a wide variety of cross-functional and customer contacts
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing business/negotiation environment; ability to rapidly acclimate to change and embrace new business opportunities

Salary range:  $95,000- $105,000. The compensation range for this position is specific to the location and is in good faith what SI-BONE expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Supplemental pay: bonus and stock
