This role is a strategic talent partnership opportunity focused on scaling high-performing Go-To-Market (GTM) teams in a fast-growth, high-impact environment. You will work directly with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Field Operations, and other commercial functions to design and execute hiring strategies that align with business goals. The position blends hands-on recruiting with advisory responsibilities, allowing you to influence workforce planning, elevate hiring standards, and improve recruitment efficiency across GTM and non-technical corporate roles. You will leverage data, modern ATS systems, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to drive talent acquisition while maintaining a human-centered candidate experience. This is a hybrid contract-to-hire opportunity, providing the ability to shape and scale the GTM organization during a critical growth phase.


Accountabilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Field Operations, and other business functions to define hiring priorities.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for GTM and select corporate roles, from intake to offer closure.
  • Build forward-looking talent pipelines for critical roles and proactively identify hiring risks and gaps.
  • Develop and drive structured interview processes, scorecards, and calibration sessions to assess candidate performance and potential.
  • Maintain hiring standards, ensuring top talent is identified, engaged, and successfully closed.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics such as funnel health, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
  • Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to optimize sourcing, screening, and recruitment efficiency while preserving candidate experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, influencing decisions and providing strategic guidance on workforce planning.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience hiring GTM roles in high-growth B2B or industrial environments.
  • Proven success recruiting revenue-generating roles, including Account Executives, BDRs, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and Marketing or GTM Operations positions.
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders on talent strategy and workforce planning.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of how talent acquisition impacts revenue growth and customer outcomes.
  • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms (experience with Greenhouse preferred).
  • Experience leveraging AI and other modern tools in recruiting workflows.
  • Data-oriented mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics to inform and improve decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively without direct authority.
