Contract Technical Recruiter

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, establish target candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and functional positions, particularly roles across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem such as AEM Developers, Data Engineers, Architects, Digital Strategists, and MarTech Specialists.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean searches, job boards, professional networks, and other proactive sourcing techniques.
• Screen and assess candidates, identify strong technical and functional talent, and present qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage candidate communication, and support offer negotiations through to completion.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system, with Workday experience preferred.
• Provide recruiting updates, pipeline reporting, and relevant market insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain a consistent, engaging candidate experience while collaborating with internal teams on employer branding and recruitment communications.
• Support high-priority and project-based hiring initiatives while adapting quickly to changing business requirements.
• Work effectively with geographically distributed teams and contribute to a collaborative, innovative Talent Acquisition environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical and digital talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated success recruiting within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including experience with technologies or platforms such as AEM, AEP, AJO, Workfront, and related solutions.
• Advanced sourcing capabilities, including strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and proactive candidate engagement.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes for specialized technical and digital roles.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to quickly understand technical requirements and effectively evaluate specialized technology talent.
• Experience in a consultancy, staffing agency, digital services, or high-growth technology environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with international hiring markets, particularly the U.S., LATAM, UK, and EMEA, is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, operate with minimal ramp-up time, and deliver effectively in a contract or project-based environment.
• Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
