In this critical role, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of our recruiting function, managing and optimizing the day-to-day processes within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), supporting key recruiting workflows, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for owning back-end system administration, managing offer workflows, processing new requisitions, supporting data reporting, and serving as a key resource for scheduling interviews and sourcing support.
