This position supports a multi-year, federally funded initiative focused on strengthening rural healthcare systems in Maine through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) modernization. This role will lead the administration of approximately $30 million in EMR modernization funding, supporting more than 70 rural healthcare organizations statewide.

MCD offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is based remotely within the U.S. and involves regular travel to and within Maine.

This position is contingent upon confirmation of funding. Salary offers may vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Support administration of statewide healthcare contracts and grant agreements. Ideal for professionals experienced in contract administration and grants management.

Position Summary: Provides administrative and technical support for contract development, execution, tracking, documentation, and compliance for one of Maine’s largest rural healthcare initiatives

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare contract documents 

  • Maintain contract database 

  • Track deliverables 

  • Coordinate signatures 

  • Process amendments 

  • Monitor deadlines 

  • Organize documentation 

  • Prepare reports 

  • Support procurement activities 

  • Assist closeout

Grade Level: 4

Anticipated Salary: $83,000 - $92,000

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree 

  • 3+ years contract administration 

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Experience supporting contracts, grants, or compliance functions preferred
