This role is a high-impact position at the intersection of business process design and technical platform management. You will lead the architecture, development, and administration of an enterprise Anaplan environment, ensuring scalable, reliable, and efficient planning solutions. Working closely with Finance, Sales, and Revenue Operations, you will translate complex business requirements into actionable models and planning tools that drive strategic decision-making. You will also own platform governance, performance optimization, and best-practice documentation. Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models across Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations, managing the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and iteration
  • Serve as the primary Anaplan administrator, managing Cloud, Tenant, Workspace, and Model levels, including user access, security, performance, and governance
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and deliver actionable planning tools
  • Support quota planning, territory design, and alignment across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments
  • Collaborate on ETL/ELT processes to enable smooth, scalable data integration across systems
  • Maintain thorough documentation of models, processes, and integrations, and champion development best practices across the team
  • Monitor platform performance, optimize models, and ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Anaplan modeling and administration experience, including complex model development
  • Proficiency managing data pipelines and integrations, ideally in partnership with Mulesoft (Anypoint) or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences
  • Experience with platform governance, user access management, and performance optimization at Cloud, Tenant, Workspace, and Model levels
  • Anaplan Model Builder certification (Level 1 or higher preferred)
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools, cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), and SaaS environments is a plus
  • Background in Finance, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations is desirable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and aligning across multiple time zones
