We're looking for a Contract Negotiation Lead – Radiology Networks at an exciting time - we've successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $70m in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 100% YoY.

WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN:

This role sits at the heart of our network expansion and partnership management strategy, building and maintaining the radiology partnerships that power our nationwide platform. Reporting to Network Operations leadership, you'll take full ownership of contract negotiations from first contact through signed agreement, and serve as the primary relationship owner for contracted radiology provider partners throughout the lifecycle of the partnership. This is a contract position designed for someone who moves fast, thinks strategically, and excels at both closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships. You will be empowered to independently shape deals that directly fuel our growth trajectory while ensuring ongoing partnership success.

As a scale-up business, you can expect your role to develop over time. Here are some of the types of things you could be getting involved in:

  • Lead contract negotiations with radiology groups and imaging providers nationwide

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for contracted radiology provider partners

  • Develop and execute network expansion strategies aligned with organizational goals

  • Maintain long-term, strategic partnerships to ensure stability and network performance

  • Conduct recurring business review meetings to assess operational and financial performance

  • Track and analyze volume trends, turnaround times, and key service-level metrics

  • Identify performance gaps and collaborate with partners on improvement plans

  • Analyze financial, utilization, and market data to support negotiation strategy

  • Draft, review, and finalize provider agreements in partnership with internal stakeholders

  • Manage multiple negotiations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactively manage issues, escalations, and contract compliance matters

  • Partner cross-functionally (operations, clinical, finance) to support the overall partnership

  • Identify opportunities to improve contract terms, rates, and overall network value

THE TOP 5 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR ARE

  • Establish strong relationships with key radiology groups and imaging providers across multiple states, expanding our network footprint by at least 20%

  • Successfully negotiate and execute provider agreements that meet our financial and operational targets while ensuring sustainable partnerships

  • Build a repeatable, data-driven negotiation framework and ongoing partnership management cadence that enables the team to scale efficiently as we grow

  • Demonstrate ownership as the primary relationship manager for book of contracted partners, conducting regular business reviews and proactively addressing performance issues

  • Demonstrate autonomy and ownership by moving negotiations forward independently, keeping stakeholders informed, and making sound decisions under pressure

  • Embody our culture of speed and execution while maintaining strategic thinking and attention to detail that protects the business

WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE:

You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. Whether it's your first role or your fifth role, we believe everyone can add value, learn, and grow. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value:

  • Strong contract negotiation experience, preferably in healthcare or provider contracting

  • Proven experience managing long-term strategic partnerships and conducting business performance reviews

  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data to inform strategy and identify performance trends

  • Experience building or expanding provider networks (radiology or imaging networks strongly preferred)

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

  • Comfort operating in high-urgency, high-volume situations where you're managing multiple negotiations and ongoing partnerships simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with operations, clinical, and finance teams

  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion

  • Fast, decisive, and detail-oriented approach to work

  • Strategic thinking combined with a practical, execution-focused mindset

HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU:

We keep our interview process short and sweet, and we're a nimble team that can progress at pace. Here are the stages you can expect, but we might switch up the order of each step depending on team availability:

  1. Introductory call/interview with Devin, our Senior Talent Partner. The call is via telephone and will last around 30 minutes.

  2. Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a video call with the hiring manager for around 45 minutes. This is a more structured interview that will deep-dive into the role and technical needs.

  3. All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment, or further video calls. Length varies, but we're mindful of your time and try to keep it as simple as possible.

  4. Meet the founders and/or other team members. Again, length varies depending on how many people and whether in person or via video call.

  5. Offer!
