<p><span style="color: #000000;">Bungie is looking for a passionate Brand Manager to help shape the future of <em>Marathon</em>, our sci-fi PvP extraction shooter, into a world-class live service experience. You’ll play a key role in building the brand from the ground up. This includes crafting campaigns, shaping our voice, and ensuring that everything we say, and show resonates with players. It's a unique opportunity to help grow a new franchise at one of the most iconic studios in the industry.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong creative instincts, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of live games. You will work daily with product leads, marketing, creative teams, publishing partners, and community leaders to bring Marathon’s Launch , seasonal and Post Launch content to life through clear messaging, compelling trailers, and player-centric campaigns.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Strategic Marketing and Brand Execution</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Drive end-to-end execution of go-to-market plans for <em>Marathon</em> content, including launch, seasonal updates, and live events.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Collaborate with the Principal Brand Manager and Product Marketing to plan and develop campaigns across all channels.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Manage milestone alignment, internal communications, and rollout strategy.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Creative Development and Brand Voice</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Translate brand strategy into clear, actionable briefs for trailers, key art, and promotional assets.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Work with internal and external creative teams, including SIE Creative Studios, to deliver high-impact creative that meets campaign goals.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Maintain consistency across all brand expressions through documentation, guidance, and real-time feedback.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Player Insights and Messaging Optimization</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Use player research, campaign data, and community sentiment to inform messaging and brand decisions.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Apply a player-first mindset to creative strategy, content rollout, and day-to-day decision-making.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration and Asset Delivery</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Partner with Community, Social, Influencer, and Consumer Products teams to create cohesive campaigns across all touchpoints.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Coordinate legal, business, and stakeholder approvals to ensure timely delivery of assets and materials.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">5–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product marketing within gaming, entertainment, or consumer products&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Experience supporting or leading tactical marketing for live service games or other ongoing content pipelines&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Strong copy instincts and experience writing creative briefs, messaging frameworks, or positioning documents&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Familiarity with creative review workflows, production schedules, and collaborative cross-functional teams&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Clear communication and presentation skills&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in follow-through&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Familiarity with Bungie games and community culture;
