As a Learning Program Manager, you play a critical role in developing and delivering experiences that educate and inspire Fortune 500 clients.  Serving as a trusted advisor you contribute to delivering a quality product, balancing client needs against operational targets. Responsible for driving execution of ELM product development efforts, and management of cross-functional teams that are accountable for overall program lifecycle. 


This position is responsible for leading the client communication and internal resource coordination for the creation of learning programs. It requires the ability to build strong, collaborative partnerships with our clients and our internal stakeholders.


You will own the end-to-end management of program lifecycles and are the key contact for our client. You will ensure each program is delivered successfully within customers' defined budgets, timelines and objectives. You will also support the Learning Experience Design Lead and Creative Director in reporting and updating on the progress of the operational elements of each of your programs, ensuring they meet internal targets and deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end project management of learning programs 
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to provide an excellent client experience and ensure the delivery of commitments
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Take swift action communicating timing of deliverables, milestones, weekly status, recaps and action items for internal team and clients.
  • Support adherence to the project scope by assessing client feedback for impact and alerting ELM Leads as needed
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Coordinate with ELM’s Learning Experience Design Lead and Creative Director to ensure delivery standards are met 
  • Understand the client’s business needs and the factors driving impact and priority


Qualifications:
  • Learning & Development industry experience (5+ years)
  • Client-facing experience (3+ years)
  • Project Management and Instructional Design experience related to learning and development projects (5+ years)
  • Ability to see the big picture and to work effectively at detailed levels. You have a track record of leading and executing multiple engagements.
  • Critical thinker who embraces complexity. Solution focused and resourceful, you identify, resolve or escalate project issues, facilitate recommendations, and remove obstacles.
  • Basic level of familiarity with learning methodologies (ie Bloom’s) and Articulate authoring tools
  • You have successfully managed and worked well with various teams across diverse functions.
  • You excel at relationship building with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management both individual and team tasks
  • Creative thinker bringing a fresh perspective to solve problems and situations. You can develop efficient strategies and tactics to improve ways of working, encouraging efficiency and providing innovative solutions internally and externally. 
  • Experience using project management tools, Google applications, Slack


Hours per week & Rate:
  • Ranges from a few hours up to 20 hours per week at a rate of $65 per hour.
