As a Contract Lead Analyst, you will oversee contract processes from initial requests through execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
You will collaborate with teams across legal, finance, sales, operations, and account management to support complex pharmaceutical agreements.

Accountabilities:

As a Contract Lead Analyst, you will manage the full lifecycle of healthcare contract activities, coordinating reviews, approvals, negotiations, and documentation while ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners.

  • Manage daily contract and amendment processes for assigned accounts from request initiation through final execution.
  • Draft, review, and coordinate contract-related documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support contract negotiations, legal reviews, approval workflows, and signature processes.
  • Partner with Legal, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to drive contract completion.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related questions, timelines, requirements, and procedures.
  • Communicate contract updates and requirements clearly to internal teams and external partners.
  • Conduct contract reviews and provide support to business teams, audit groups, and operational stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized and accurate contract records, documentation, and tracking systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve contract processes, documentation standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Support special projects and additional contract-related initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an organized and collaborative professional with experience in healthcare contracting who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance. You should be comfortable working across departments, communicating with diverse stakeholders, and supporting complex contract processes.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of healthcare contracting experience.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers or healthcare-related agreements preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to resolve contract issues and drive solutions across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with contract management processes or tools preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Background in healthcare legal operations, contract administration, or related fields is a plus.
