Responsibilities:
- Performs analysis, modeling, and data generation within Contract Management software using client provided contractual information.
- Reviews and interprets payer contracts and associated documentation to ensure accurate modeling.
- Proactively identifies errors within the Contract Management software’s calculations of contractual variances.
- Communicates any issues associated with the modeling of the contracts to the appropriate team members or client contacts.
- Must be able to articulate the various payer reimbursement methodologies in a way that clients can understand.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Education/Experience/Certification Requirements
- Knowledge of Government and Commercial Payer Reimbursement Methodologies
- High degree of self-motivation, strong organizational skills, ability to positively represent the company.
- Above average oral and written communication skills, can work independently and has a high degree of critical thinking skills
- 4-year degree in Healthcare or Finance or equivalent experience
